The SIL-10G-DATAC-01-C is a 10G Direct Attach Cable that is 1m in length. 10G Direct Attach Cables (DAC) are quickly becoming the preferred method for creating interconnects in data centers. SilverNet DACs provide data rates up to 10.5Gbps and are backward compatible with 1Gbps.

The ease and convenience of a single piece cable assembly that can be hot-plugged into standard SFP+ ports to create 10G connections between devices is invaluable to many network operators.
