In offices, meeting rooms, or home offices, the LANCOM GS-1208P reliably integrates up to eight network devices such as access points, IP phones, or printers into the network. Devices that support Power over Ethernet (PoE) are supplied with power directly via the network cable in accordance with IEEE 802.3af/at – eliminating the need for additional power lines. With a switching capacity of up to 16 Gbps, the unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch transmits data without bottlenecks, even under full load. Its fanless, compact design ensures noiseless operation and high reliability. The robust, non-slip metal housing with an integrated power supply allows flexible installation – from the desktop to a 19″ rack (rack-mount adapters included).
