Low running costs
For cost-conscious offices this business printer has significant advantages over comparable colour laser printers. The high-yield ink cartridges help this printer to achieve an up to 50 percent lower cost per page than competitive colour laser printers1. It uses Epson's DURABrite Ultra inks, in high-capacity ink cartridges of up to 4,000 pages2, which ensure efficiency and productivity.
Ecological
It uses up to 80 percent less power than competitive colour lasers thanks to its no-heat technology1. No ozone gas is emitted, and an improved quiet print mode and no fan noise during or after printing makes it ideal for the work environment. And there are fewer consumables and parts to replace than a comparable laser.
Enhance productivity
Focused on keeping offices productive, the WF-5190DW is faster than competitive colour lasers on typical print jobs1, as there is no warm up time needed. It delivers fast and efficient business printing, and is capable of print speeds of up to 34ppm in mono and 30ppm in colour, or 20ppm ISO print speeds in both3. It has a high paper capacity of up to 580 sheets, including a second optional 250-sheet tray, meaning that less time is spent refilling.
Easy to use
The 5.6cm LCD mono screen allows for easy control of the main functions. Automatic double-sided duplex printing as standard makes any job easy and means less paper is used too. In addition, its front-loading ink cartridges are easy to change.
PrecisionCore
PrecisionCore technology powers the output quality that Epson is known for, at the speeds required for office, commercial and industrial printing. It's the use of PrecisionCore that aids printing onto a range of different media. Accordingly the printer has a rear paper feed tray for thicker card, envelopes and labels. And it has a high monthly duty cycle of up to 35,000 pages4.
Built for business
Its flexible connectivity allows this printer to seamlessly integrate into enterprise infrastructures. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct, PDL printer emulations and Gigabit Ethernet all help to boost office productivty. Users can also securely print using a PIN code to release confidential documents.
