More companies should look to voluntarily publish ethnic pay gap data, claims Softcat's chief people officer Rebecca Monk, who spoke to CRN about how the reseller is promoting diversity within the industry.

Monk talks to CRN about what initiatives have had a profound impact for Softcat employees, and gives her opinion on how much progress the industry has made with diversity over the last five years.
