One created 250 jobs during the pandemic and has its sights set on the £100m revenue mark, while another is plotting a US push.

This year's six CRN Rising Stars were handpicked partly on the basis of their recent growth, with their top lines swelling by an average of 49 per cent in their latest years.

In this video, executives from three of the six open up on their growth bets for the future.

"We've managed to create more than 250 jobs [during the pandemic]," said Mark Petty, sales and marketing director at Nottingham-based Littlefish.

"We're going to get to £50m. And when we do achieve that, undoubtedly, we'll be looking for that £100m."

Colin Blumenthal, managing director of Complete IT, said it is an "exciting period" for the High Wycombe-based IT support outfit following its 2019 acquisition by Sharp.

"There's a huge opportunity for us to grow our business within their 7,000 customers," he said.

"What we're really excited about is the US market," confided Xalient COO Mark Cooke, meanwhile.

Compiled in partnership with Agilitas, Rising Stars draws on data from CRN VAR 500, which ranks and profiles the top 500 UK resellers, MSPs and other channel partners on CRN's radar.
