End-to-end software and cloud technology solutions provider SoftwareONE has announced the acquisition of Centiq, a specialist SAP Services Partner based in the UK.

Founded in Nottingham in 1998, Centiq provides comprehensive SAP-related professional and managed services and solutions across Europe. As well as being a certified SAP Services Partner, the firm is also a recognised SAP Gold Partner and deployed one of the first SAP HANA implementations in the UK back in 2011.

Centiq also brings expertise in Microsoft Azure, with the company holding the Advanced Specialisation designation for SAP on Azure.

“We are thrilled to welcome Centiq to the SoftwareONE organisation. Through this acquisition, we are continuing to strengthen our global SAP Services practice and extending our reach in the EMEA market,” said Daniel Da Vinci, global practice leader at SoftwareONE SAP Services.

Ultimately, the firm says that Centiq’s expertise will help businesses drive more value through their SAP platform through consultancy-led management, focusing on faster time to value, mitigated risk, and optimised cost.

“Centiq’s incredible capabilities will equip our customers with the skilled guidance and solutions required to migrate to the cloud,” Da Vinci continued. “Centiq is a purpose-driven organisation, and so are we, their collaborative approach and strong focus on delivering excellence makes them a perfect fit.”

A specialist in bringing critical workloads to the cloud, SoftwareONE provides SAP S/4HANA advisory, migration, conversion, and platform managed services. With over 500 certified and experienced consultants, the firm is a Microsoft Gold Partner, as well as an Azure Expert MSP.

Over the last two years, the provider has snapped up a number of businesses to form the core of its 27-country SAP presence – including SE16N, ITST, ITPC, Optimum Consulting, and BNW.

Upon completion of this latest acquisition, Centiq’s leadership team and employees will join SoftwareONE. Centiq CEO Matt Lovell said becoming part of the organisation will extend the firm’s global reach and help more businesses benefit from its SAP on Azure and native Azure expertise.

“The integration into SoftwareONE’s global SAP Centre of Excellence enables our team to deliver even greater customer success and value, now with multi-lingual, follow-the-sun support,” he said.

“Joining SoftwareONE also further enhances our strategic alliance with Microsoft, amplifying our capabilities and putting Centiq in a stronger position to meet the ever-increasing needs of the market.”
