Cloud and infrastructure provider Nutanix has extended its partner programme to include service providers for the first time with the launch of its new Elevate Service Provider Program.

Available now, the initiative has been designed to empower service provider partners to build highly differentiated hybrid and multi-cloud services for delivering increased profitability and faster time-to-market.

The program also addresses the lock-in and minimum commitment requirements found in traditional service provider vendor models and programs, a factor Nutanix says will help partners improve margins and agility.

“As the demand for managed and cloud services surges, service providers are uniquely positioned to assist an organisation’s growth, optimisation initiatives, and digital transformation needs,” explained Christian Alvarez, SVP Worldwide Channels at Nutanix.

The Elevate Service Provider Program features two new partnership levels: Authorised Service Provider and Professional Service Provider.

Authorised Service Providers will include partners new to Nutanix or those delivering Nutanix services to small to mid-market businesses, while Professional Service Providers will deliver differentiated services for enterprise organisations.

New partners will have access to Elevate’s usual training, Not For Resale (NFR), and Nutanix XLAB software licenses, as well as enablement support. They will also receive expanded support such as marketing materials, potential marketing development funds, sales tools, goal-based financial incentives, and personalised insights via the Nutanix Partner Portal.

Ultimately, the company says partners will benefit from an improved bottom line, an increased top line, and faster time-to-market, as well as all-round simplicity.

“Through the Nutanix Elevate Service Provider Program, we are rewarding our partners’ commitment in delivering high value IT cloud service offerings and helping them maximise profitability and increase their revenue growth potential through premium offerings,” Alvarez added.

Nutanix is currently running a Service Provider Starter Pack promotional offer for new partners joining the Elevate Service Provider Program, which includes training, certification, and Nutanix software.
