Sales & Marketing Awards go virtual: View the shortlist here and see how it works

For this year ONLY, the SMAs will be celebrated in living rooms and offices around the country rather than as a face-to-face event. We explain how it will work below

We are all living in unprecedented times at the moment and running an awards event that has been face-to-face for the past decade has been quite a challenge.

After an extended entry period to allow all those companies struggling with their own Coronavirus-related challenges to get their efforts submitted; we are delighted to announce the 2020 SMA shortlist  - which for the first time is being announced via a swanky video on the Awards homepage. CLICK HERE TO SEE THE SHORTLIST.

Huge thanks go to all those who took the time to submit an entry in these most difficult circumstances, CRN really does appreciate the support.  To everyone who wanted to submit an entry, but just had too much on their hands this year, we understand, and hope you will be back to celebrate sales and marketing success next year.

Entry quality has definitely improved even further this year, and we salute the effort that has gone into making the judges' jobs just a little bit more difficult in 2020. Congratulations to all those shortlisted.

Judging this year will be via Zoom because of all the restrictions in place and of course for the judges' own safety, and it is why the event itself will also be a virtual one this year.

The winners of the 2020 Sales and Marketing Awards will be announced over three days - starting on Tuesday 14 July and finishing on Thursday 16 July - more details on how that will work will be coming shortly.

You may also see in the video that some categories have not been shortlisted - that is because we had such a stand-out entry from one particular company in each category, that they are the immediate winner. They will be announced on the day to keep the suspense going.

And in the interest of transparency, some categories will not run this year because we just didn't get the entries. We are sure that you, our valued audience, understands why this is the case.

We hope all those shortlisted will grab a glass of something cold and/or bubbly, and settle down to watch with us in July as we reveal who will receive the various trophies this year.

Congratulations to all our shortlisters again, and thank you all for your support this year.
