Lexmark has announced several enhancements to its Lexmark Connect global partner program, as the imaging solutions firm looks to help partners further differentiate their services in 2020.

Designed to empower partners to reach "new levels of success", the initiative offers access to Lexmark’s range of innovative imaging services and technologies, as well as tools, resources and benefits to help improve their bottom line.

These fresh enhancements include more customised model tracks for a more tailored experience, as well as a tiered program structure that’s been designed to ensure businesses gain more as they grow.

There’s also new training and education opportunities, sales support and rewarding promotions, as well as one-stop access to its PartnerNet portal, the firm revealed.

"To drive growth, a partner program must prioritise simplicity," said Thomas Valjak, VP of EMEA Channel Sales at Lexmark. "We have enhanced Lexmark Connect with that in mind.

"We want to enable partners to easily tap into our deep bench of tools, resources and expertise. Partners will find it easier to enrol, to follow, and to earn benefits."

Business Solutions Partners can also add value to customers through insights that help position them as trusted advisors, with resources helping them expand in-house capabilities and sales performance. The enhancements will also help commercial partners to progress "faster and further", Lexmark said.

Additionally, Valjak said that Lexmark wants to intensify its work with distribution partners to attract more resellers in the open market to the program, promising to "co-invest more with partners across segments" and "reward growth accordingly".

"These enhancements to Lexmark Connect are an example of Lexmark’s commitment to the success of our partners, equipping them to deliver secure, reliable services, differentiate their capabilities, and drive business growth," he added.

"Lexmark Connect enables partners with the Lexmark promise, backed by intentional engineering, industry-leading security, award-winning technology, and industry expertise."
