Imaging services firm Lexmark has announced the arrival of a new family of single and multi-function printers via channel partners, with the aim of offering affordable printing systems and services for small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs).

Available exclusively through retailers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the new generation of intelligent printers provides channel partners with the opportunity to offer reliable and secure printing to businesses and workgroups of various sizes.

Following in the footsteps of last year’s successful SMB-dedicated product line, the new single and multi-function printers include both mono and colour models and come equipped with the latest capabilities and functionality.

A four-year Lexmark guarantee also means users will receive full product support and maintenance, whilst a 24-hour self-help online support partnered with a technical expertise helpline provides customers with an extra layer of confidence and reliability.

Ultimately, the new printer range will help distinguish channel partners from the competitors, Lexmark said, as well as allow them to take advantage of the ever-expanding SMB market.

“Our new line of devices for the SMB market help companies compete in a big business world,” said Sammy Kinlaw, vice president of worldwide channel and OEM sales at Lexmark. “As a global leader in innovative imaging solutions and technologies, we are committed to supporting our loyal channel partners by ensuring they always have the right mix of competitively-priced products to offer to their customers.

“These new additions to the range address small and medium-sized business customers with a dedicated and attractive offering of hardware and supplies, backed with a 4-year guarantee, which allow our partners to profitably compete and succeed.”
