Computacenter achieves ServiceNow's Gold Partner accreditation

Gold medal

Computacenter has become the first ServiceNow partner in Europe to win the company's Gold Partner status for sales and service.

The company is already a Gold Partner in ServiceNow's Technology and Training programme, so this new accreditation establishes the IT infrastructure service provider as one of the cloud business' top-tier partners.

Computacenter explained its growth and expertise in the sales and service sector can in part be credited to TeamUltra's team, which joined the business as part of its acquisition in Spring last year.

“Since the acquisition of TeamUltra, we have been able to more effectively respond to the significant increase in demand from Computacenter customers for ServiceNow capabilities," Steve Rayner-Murray, global innovation and change director at Computacenter said.

TeamUltra's boss, MD Mike Beale, added that the organisation views customer service as a vital part of its business, ensuring customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive as they look to digital solutions to drive innovation.

“We can help our customers achieve greater innovation and cost efficiency as part of their digital workplace strategy," Beale. "With our Customer CSAT scores being amongst the highest in the industry, TeamUltra has always had a reputation for being the ServiceNow partner of choice. The latest Gold accreditation from ServiceNow for Sales, is further recognition of our ability to accelerate the sale cycle, and deliver in a new age of enterprise and global sales expectations.”

However, Computacentre also has customer trends to thank for its sales and service success, as more businesses scramble to adopt digital solutions, with customer service at the centre of the offering.

"As companies race to adapt to a digital age, they expect the best solutions supported by exceptional customer service," Rayner-Murray added. "This accreditation reinforces the value we provide to customers by reducing complexity and costs to ensure a broader and more holistic approach to service delivery.”
