Ubisecure takes partner-centric approach in identity security push

Ubisecure has unveiled its system integrator channel programme that will help shift the business to a 100% partner-led operation by 2020.

The company explained it has decided to focus on the channel to avoid competing with partners such as CGI, Cap Gemini, Nixu and Tieto that want to deliver identity management to customers. It will offer systems integrators the middleware they require to help their customers deliver better suited solutions, allowing them to speed up delivery and optimise implementation for businesses.

“Digital transformation efforts and new regulation mandates are driving the adoption of Customer IAM across Europe,” said Simon Wood group CEO for Ubisecure.

“Ubisecure has developed a world class, highly functional platform designed to meet many identity management use cases, making it an ideal solution for System Integrators consulting and delivering large scale IAM solutions for customer identities."

Half of Ubisecure's sales are currently delivered through the channel, but by introducing two partner levels - Associate and Certified - with sales and marketing training, a developer portal, community, demos, and executive briefings, the company hopes to double this in three years.

“Organisations taking customer experience and privacy regulation requirements seriously are increasingly investing in CIAM solutions," added Kim Westerlund, chief development officer for Nixu Corporation.

"When it comes to selecting the right technology partner, we see the need for companies to adopt highly versatile, scale-ready CIAM services that support both on-premise and cloud deployments.

"Ubisecure has the best lead generation and co-selling program I’ve seen. The training program and especially the deeply technical roadmap/release briefings have enabled us to implement award winning IAM solutions."

The Ubisecure Partner 2020 Program will also help partners grow their business with co-marketing and co-selling opportunities, offering discounted partner pricing and opportunities for joint engagement activities.

"We’re excited to be launching our new partner-centric approach with Partner 2020 and look forward to seeing the new program enabling Partners to achieve even greater customer success in their respective spaces,” Wood added.
