Maximizer Software has appointed Choobs as its Certified Solutions Partner, helping the CRM solutions provider to target SMBs, coming up with tailor-made solutions for new verticals including legal firms, airlines and financial service businesses.

“Our appointment as a Certified Solutions Partner for Maximizer is strategically very important to us,” Tobias Kuster, co-founder of Choobs, said.

"We have solid experience in CRM solutions and have chosen to enter into a partnership with Maximizer because of their flexibility and pragmatic approach to what is needed to make CRM successful for the client. Maximizer CRM has a strong capability to adapt to clients’ needs, which fits nicely with our mandate to tailor solutions to our clients’ business."

The appointment of Choobs, a Swiss firm, means Maximizer Software can break further into the Swiss market, which is a key part of its strategy to expand its presence in Europe. Although Maximizer already has been operating for more than 10 years in Switzerland, withmore than 300 customers in the region, it's a key market for the business and the strategic partnership means the CRM firm can dominate the area.

“Since our first meeting with Choobs, it was apparent that embarking on a new partnership would be a strategic step towards growing our brand in the Swiss market," Mike Richardson, MD of EMEA at Maximizer Software, said.

"In this digital age, customers are looking for much more personalised support; the newly formed partnership between Maximizer and Choobs paves the way for Maximizer to be integrated with other tools in order to continue improving and personalising customer support for Swiss SMEs.”
