Kodak Alaris has named Marc Jourlait as its new CEO, as Jeff Goodman, who had been interim CEO, returns to his role as COO.

Joulait's role will be to lead the company from the top, ensuring its customers are benefitting from the company's future-proofed solutions and innovations.

“Marc is an inspirational leader with a track record of driving sustainable and profitable growth for international technology companies,” said Mark Elliott, Kodak Alaris' chairman.

“I am thrilled that he will join us as CEO as his experience spans both consumer and enterprise oriented companies. In his most recent role, Marc was the Deputy CEO of Navico – the global leader in marine electronics for recreational and commercial use," Elliott added.

Before joining Navico, Marc held leadership roles at Apple, HP, Seagate, Technicolor and Bose in roles ranging from marketing to GM and VP.

He has extensive experience helping growing large corporations around the world, with his posts held in the US, Europe and Asia.

"Marc worked and lived in the United States, Europe and Asia to drive many successes for the global, high-growth businesses that he led," Elliot said.

“It is an honour and privilege to join and lead Kodak Alaris,” said Jourlait. “We have all of the necessary ingredients to successfully deliver on our plans: an iconic brand heritage, cool technology and innovative portfolio, new growth initiatives, and dedicated and passionate employees around the world. I cannot wait to get started at Kodak Alaris.”

Jourlait will take up his new role on 1 January, 2017.
